Celtic Dream Tours was founded by Fiona Prosser, who was born in the United Kingdom. She lived in Scotland for 10 years and now resides in Tampa, Florida with her Scottish husband, Ian. She has traveled around Scotland extensively, while she lived there and on return trips during the past years since leaving Scotland.
