I am currently the Director of Member Services for Pulaski Tickets and Tours in Concord, California. I was previously the General Manager for Goldrush Getaways in Ontario, California. Both of these companies are Host Travel Agencies. I have mentored thousands of agents over the past 6 years.
I will be posting useful tips, web tools , and information all geared to assist the home based travel agent to improve their business. This site will be expanded by your requests, but will be limited to travel agent training and Internet marketing for the home based agent. It will cover all aspects of travel and internet marketing for agents. I will post often but I would like your feedback on content.
I believe that every travel agent should have a blog for posting niche content with the purpose of branding yourself as an expert and building your client list. You travel niche can be a destination, type of travel, or any number of other travel related topics. Choose on and get started.
If you can write an email, you can create and maintain a travel blog. There are numerous ways to monetize your blog and we will explore all of them in detail. Once you have your blog up, you must dive traffic to your site. Article marketing is a free way to get a continuous flow of potential clients to your site. We will explore additional ways to drive traffic to your site and how to capture the leads and build your list.
